As our Clinical Learning Partner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clinical excellence by designing, delivering, and improving training programs that equip our teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools to thrive.

The Clinical Learning Partner serves as a key liaison between clinical operations, training, and quality. From onboarding new Medical Assistants (MAs) to coaching experienced staff, you’ll help shape the learning journey that drives safer, more effective, and more compassionate care across our health centers.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Clinical Training & Competency

  • Deliver onboarding and role-specific training for clinical staff, especially Medical Assistants
  • Provide ongoing education and skills refreshers to support workflow optimization
  • Conduct competency assessments and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Develop and update SOPs, job aids, and training materials to reflect current protocols
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify gaps and improve clinical training strategy

Audit & Quality Support

  • Conduct clinical audits and quality checks to identify training opportunities
  • Track training completion and evaluation data to share with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN or other relevant clinical credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical training or healthcare operations
  • Vaccine for Children (VFC) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
