OB/GYN Physician Job Summary:

JPCHC is seeking a qualified Ambulatory Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our 1210B Anderson practice site. This is a full-time position providing outpatient women’s health services including primary care, gynecology, and early- to mid-term prenatal care to the patients of our Federally Qualified Community Health Center. The physician will also have collaborative practice responsibilities with the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner(s) working in partnership.

The provider will have the support of in-house wrap-around services including Outreach Specialists, Care Managers, and Patient Care Coordinators. JPCHC is a collaborative office known as a pillar of care in Madison County.

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified (ACOG) or Board Eligible (ACOG) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
